The Estevan Early Years Family Resource Centre is a pillar in our community. They offer amazing FREE programs for young kids that are interactive and educational. It is a warm and welcoming environment where families help support each other during this crazy thing called parent hood. The staff are AMAZING! So friendly and welcoming. I have made some life long friends because of the Center. It’s clean, organized and my kids absolutely love it! You won’t regret taking your kids there.

My absolute favorite place to go with my kid in Estevan!!! We both feel cozy and welcomed there , ladies working there always meet us with smile. I love that the place is always clean, warm and friendly , has bunch of programs for kids and parents as well. They rotate toys often enough , always something new and dramatic play is my favorite cause my kid enjoys especially this corner. So thankful we have the Centre in Estevan , also everything they do and organize for us is free of charge!!! Thanks for all ❤

They are constantly in works with each other as well as other members in our community to bring the best FREE programming they can! The events they come up with are unique and they are always working to meet the needs of others within them! The centre is always clean and filled with toys that help kids to learn and grow! This is such a GREAT space for the families of Estevan. And all the programming is absolutely free?! Incredible. The drop-in playroom has great options for kids of different ages, stages, and interests. The scheduled programs offer so many opportunities for learning and community. Syd and Misty make an effort to let every person who walks in the door know that they are welcome – even if you’re exhausted and kiddo is being a wild baboon (especially then – they’re eager to help!). If you have little people in your life, you’re gonna want to be a regular here!!

The family centre has been a great place for our family of 5. Great place to connect with other families, learn through their programs geared to parents and also the daily activities for the kids if they choose to participate. The nice thing is your kids can just play if not interested in the preplanned activities. Highly recommend stopping in when you visit Estevan to let you kids play or for you to grab resources regarding programs for your children around town or even diapers or formula if you’re in need.

This is the place I was craving when I became a mum in 2020. And I’m so glad it’s here now! It’s a great place when you need to get out of the house and have the kids run around somewhere else for a while. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. My daughters and I love all the wonderful programming. There’s always something new to try. It seems to improve each time we go. I appreciate the efforts to keep making it better and better.

They provide a large play area for the younger age groups, plus an “imagination” room for arts and crafts, and a “cozy space” for story time. They provide interesting and fun activities for everyone, no matter what age you are. My family and I enjoyed our time here very much and we look forward to going again. 🙂
